This album is about selected soundtracks created between 2007 and 2013 used to be streamed over virtual reality simulations in Second Life and Open Sim platforms. The sound material is ambient, with light electronica and field recordings for Terminus, abstract evolving loopings fort Sleeping Beauty, and dark ambient cinematic for Over The Fuller Dome.
The purpose of these tracks are, exactly as in gaming sound design, exploration music. Music and ambient to space the 3D visuals, to give space a psychological shape and the envy to discovery.
The sound material is very aerial, embedded in a soft mix. You will get the most of the intimate listening experience with headphones or a very decent external sound system.
These tracks are now part of the pioneering sound art history in social 3D MMO platforms.
Terminus 2007
Terminus was a research island located on Second Life and dedicated to artificial lifeform, conducted by the Ecosystem working group. This simulation doesn't exist anymore, it was one of the most interesting places on SL in the late 2000. It was the first group of humans i met in a context of virtual reality. Terminus is a dedicated soundride and was used to emphasis the island experience, discovering all the different lifeforms present on the beach and in the water.

Sleeping Beauty 2008
Sleeping Beauty was dedicated to the massive 3 sculpture Nuage created by Mark Moana for the Aire Ville Spatiale project in Second Life.

Over The Fuller Dome 2013
Cinematic ambient material dedicated to give the feeling of space and air all over the first dematerialized Science-Fiction Festival in Roanne-France. It was a huge simulation build up with the best artists and 3D builder of the French Francogrid Open Sim plateform.
